$$LCM+HCF=372.$$

$$LCM=92HCF.$$

So, $$93HCF=372.$$

OR, $$HCF=4.$$

So, $$LCM=368.$$

So, Another Number = $$\frac{LCM\times HCF}{1st\ number}=\frac{368\times4}{368}=4.$$
