Total commuters on Route D = $$\frac{16}{100} \times 4000 = 640$$
Number of female commuters travelling on route D = $$\frac{3}{8} \times 640 = 240$$
Total commuters on Route F = $$\frac{12}{100} \times 4000 = 480$$
Number of the male commuters travelling on route F = $$\frac{2}{3} \times 480 = 320$$
=> Required % = $$\frac{240}{320} \times 100$$
= $$\frac{3}{4} \times 100 = 75 \%$$
