Solution

Given that

$$6A=4B=9C$$

let

6A=4B & 4B=9C

$$\frac{A}{B}=\frac{4}{6}$$.....(1)

$$\frac{B}{C}=\frac{9}{4}$$.....(2)

From eq.1&2

$$A:B:C=12:18:8$$

Or

$$A:B:C=6:9:4$$

Hence option B is right answer
