Sum of a set of fifteen numbers = $$15\times\ 12$$

= 180

If 7 is added to each of the numbers in the given set, then new average = $$\frac{180+7\times\ 15}{15}$$

= $$\frac{180+105}{15}$$

= $$\frac{285}{15}$$

= 19
