Total shares = 6,00,000
Original shares with Dhiraj = $$\frac{15}{100} \times 600000 = 90,000$$
If Chinmay offers to sell 15,000 of his shares to Dhiraj,
=> Shares with Dhiraj = 90,000 + 15,000 = 1,05,000
