Cost price of 36 mobiles = Selling price of 36 mobiles + Loss on 36 mobiles
= Rs. 36 + Rs. 4
= Rs. 40
loss percent = $$\frac{loss}{\cos t\ price}\times100$$
= $$\frac{4}{40}\times100$$
= 10%
