Solution

Statement: Drinking at least 2 litres of water daily will keep the blood purified.
Conclusion:
i) People who drink less than 2 litres of water have impure blood. - It is not necessary that only having 2 litres will keep blood purified, there might be other means for that. So this conclusion does not follow.
ii) It is advisable to drink more than 2 litres of water daily. - Since drinking more water helps keeping blood purified , it is advisable. So, this conclusion follows.

So, the answer would be option b)B
