The average number of students (per year) enrolled in B during 2015, 2016 and 2018 is what percentage more than the number of students enrolled in A during 2016 (correct to one decimal place)

Average number of students enrolled in B during year 2015, 2016 and 2018 is :
As we know,
Average = $$\frac{sum\ of\ observation}{number\ of\ observation}$$
i.e; $$\frac{360+375+225}{3}=\frac{960}{3}=320$$
Number of students enrolled in A during 2016 = 300
According to question :
Required increase :
$$\frac{\left(320-300\right)}{300}\times\ 100$$
$$\frac{20}{300}\times\ 100=6.7\%$$
