= $$[7\div14\times8+(5\div15\times6-4\times3)]$$

= $$\left[\frac{7}{14}\times8+\left(\frac{5}{15}\times6-4\times3\right)\right]$$

= $$\left[\frac{1}{2}\times8+\left(\frac{1}{3}\times6-4\times3\right)\right]$$

= $$\left[4+\left(2-12\right)\right]$$

= $$\left[4-10\right]$$

= -6
