2 : 5 ==> $$\frac{2}{5}\ =\ 0.4$$

1 : 2 ==> $$\frac{1}{2}\ =\ 0.5$$

8 : 15 ==> $$\frac{8}{15}\ =\ 0.533$$

3 : 5 ==> $$\frac{3}{5}\ =\ 0.6$$

So here 0.6 is the greatest among them which is 3 : 5.
