Solution

$$\left[10\frac{1}{3} \div \frac{5}{3} (10 + 14 \div 3 - 1)\right] = \dfrac{31}{3} \div \dfrac{5}{3}(10+\dfrac{14}{3}-1)$$

$$= \dfrac{31}{3} \div \dfrac{5}{3}\times (\dfrac{30+14-3}{3})$$

$$= \dfrac{31}{3} \div \dfrac{5}{3} \times \dfrac{41}{3}$$

$$= \dfrac{31}{3} \div \dfrac{205}{9}$$

$$= \dfrac{31}{3} \times \dfrac{9}{205} = \dfrac{93}{205}$$
