The LCM of $$\frac{18}{5},\frac{6}{5}$$ and $$\frac{18}{125}$$ is:

Solution

LCM of fractions = $$\frac{LCM\ of\ numerator}{HCF\ of\ denominator}$$

= $$\frac{LCM\ of\left(18,\ 6,\ 18\right)}{HCF\ of\ \left(5,\ 5,\ 125\right)}$$ Eq.(i)

LCM of (18, 6, 18)

LCM of (18, 6, 18) = $$2\times3\times3$$

= 18 Eq.(ii)

HCF of (5, 5, 125) = 5 Eq.(iii)

Put Eq.(ii) and Eq.(iii) in Eq.(i).

= $$\frac{18}{5}$$

= 3.6
