Quantity of milk in a mixture of 25 litres = $$\frac{4}{5} \times 25=20$$ litres

Quantity of water in a mixture of 25 litres = $$25-20=5$$ litres

After adding 3 litres of water, quantity of water = $$5+3=8$$ litres

$$\therefore$$ Required ratio of milk and water = $$\frac{20}{8}$$

= 5 : 2

=> Ans - (B)
