9% of total number of respondents surveyed = 3591

$$\Rightarrow$$ Total number of respondents surveyed= 39900

$$\therefore\ $$ Number of 3G Smart Phone users surveyed = 34% of 39900 = $$\frac{34}{100}\times39900$$ = 13566
