Let the four consecutive even numbers are a, a+2, a+4, a+6

$$\Rightarrow$$  $$\frac{a+a+2+a+4+a+6}{4}=27$$

$$\Rightarrow$$  $$\frac{4a+12}{4}=27$$

After adding p, the new average is 28
