Solution
In the first column, the sum of square of first number and the third number is equal to the square of second number.
Eg : $$1^2+120=121=11^2$$
and $$2^2+45=49=7^2$$
Similarly, $$3^2+x=5^2$$
=> $$x=25-9=16$$
