$$\frac{Sum\ of\ observation}{Number\ of\ observation}$$Revenue of company in 2016 = 340 

Revenue of company in 2014 = 260 

Revenue of company in 2018 = 375

As we know, 

Average = $$\frac{Sum\ of\ observation}{Number\ of\ observation}$$

Average of company's revenue in 2014, 2016 and 2018 = $$\frac{260+340+375}{3}=\frac{975}{3}=325$$

Required % = $$\frac{340-325}{325}\times\ 100$$

= $$\frac{15}{325}\times\ 100=4.6\%\ \simeq\ 5\%$$
