B is 20% more than A and C is 25% more than B. If C = 330, then what will be the value of A?

Solution

Given : C = 330

=> B = $$\frac{330}{100+25}\times100$$

= $$\frac{330}{5}\times4=264$$

Similarly, A = $$\frac{264}{100+20}\times100$$

= $$\frac{264}{6}\times5=220$$

=> Ans - (D)
