Six cubes, each of edge 2 cm, are joined end to end , resulting cuboid would have the following dimensions.

l = 12 cm b = 2cm h =2cm

Total surface area =2(lb + bh + hl)= 2(24 + 4 + 24) = 104

So , the answer would be option c)104.
