If the diameter of a wheel is 56 cm.
the radius of a wheel = $$\frac{56}{2}$$ = 28 cm
the perimeter of a wheel = $$2\times\ \pi\ \times\ radius$$
= $$2\times\frac{22}{7}\ \times\ 28$$
= $$2\times22\times4$$
= 176 cm
