Let Aadhya's son's age 2 years ago = $$x$$ years
=> Aadhya's age 2 years ago = $$3x$$ years
According to ques,
=> $$2(3x+4)=5(x+4)$$
=> $$6x+8=5x+20$$
=> $$6x-5x=20-8$$
=> $$x=12$$
$$\therefore$$ Aadhya's present age = $$3(12)+2=36+2=38$$ years
