$$\frac{1}{21}\times7+8-\frac{3}{2}+3-2+1$$

$$\frac{1}{3}+8-\frac{3}{2}+3-2+1$$

$$10+\frac{1}{3}-\frac{3}{2}$$

$$10+\frac{2}{6}-\frac{9}{6}$$

$$10-\frac{7}{6}$$

$$\frac{53}{6}$$
