we know that,  ZT$$^2$$ = ZX.ZY

$$=$$>  6$$^2$$ = (4+x)4

$$=$$>  36 = 16 + 4x

$$=$$>  4x = 20

$$=$$>  x = 5 cm

Hence, the correct answer is Option A
