Average age of 11 players = 22 years

=> Total age of 11 players = $$22\times11=242$$ years

Let age of coach = $$x$$ years

According to ques,

=> $$\frac{242+x}{12}=23$$

=> $$242+x=23\times12=276$$

=> $$x=276-242=34$$ years
