Question 61

If one of the angles of a triangle is $$64^\circ$$, then the angle between the bisectors of the other two interior angles is:

Solution

Let A, B and C are three angles of a triangle

Sum of three angles are 180 degrees

Let angle A = 64 degrees

Angle B + Angle C = 180 - 64 = 116 degrees

After bisecting Angle B and Angle C, Sum of B and C = $$\frac{116}{2}=58$$

Hence, the angle between the bisectors of the other two interior angles = 180 - 58 = 122 degrees.
