If $$a : b = 2 : 5$$ then $$(3a + 4b) : (5a + 6b)$$ is equal to

Let $$a=2$$ and $$b=5$$

To find = $$(3a + 4b) : (5a + 6b)$$

= $$\frac{3(2)+4(5)}{5(2)+6(5)}=\frac{(6+20)}{(10+30)}$$

= $$\frac{26}{40}=\frac{13}{20}$$
