The ratio of people who speak Bengali to those who speak Marathi is
People who speak only one language = 10 + 5 = 15
People who speak more than two languagea = 60 - 15 = 45
People who speak both bengali and hindi = 45 - (10 + 12 + 13 + 5) = 5
Required ratio = (5 + 10) : (12 + 13) = 15 : 25 = 3 : 5.
