Speed of car = $$\frac{18}{24}$$ km/min
Speed of bus = $$\frac{2 \times 18}{24}$$ km/min =$$\frac{3}{2}$$ km/hr
Bus will take $$\frac{135 \times 2}{3}$$ = 45 minutes.
