Solution

The tangents drawn from same point to a circle are equal in length.

=> AP = AR , BP = BQ , CQ = CR

Adding above equations, we get :

=> (AP + BP) + CQ = (AR + CR) + BQ

=> AB + CQ = AC + BQ

=> Ans - (B)
