The given Bar Graph presents the sale (in 1000 kg) of a particular brand of tea by three outlets, A, B and C during the months Jan, Feb, Mar and Apr, 2018.
What is the ratio of rate of growth in sales from B to the rate of growth in sales from C in Mar 2018 with reference to its previous month ?
Sales of B in march 2018 = 9000 and Sales of B in feb 2018 = 7000
Growth rate of B = $$\frac{\left(2000\times100\right)}{7000}=\frac{200}{7}$$
Sales of C in march 2018 = 8000 and Sales of B in feb 2018 = 5000
Growth rate of C = $$\frac{\left(3000\times100\right)}{5000} = \frac{300}{5}$$
Required ratio = $$\frac{200}{7}:\frac{300}{5}=10:21$$
