Working 10 hours a day, Aman can complete a piece of work in 18 days. How many hours a day should he work so as to finish the work in 15 days?

Solution

Using the equation, $$D_1H_1=$$ $$D_2H_2$$, where $$D$$ is the number of days and $$H$$ is the number of hours

=> $$(18\times10)=(15\times h_2)$$

=> $$h_2=\frac{18\times10}{15}$$

=> $$h_2=6\times2=12$$ hours

=> Ans - (B)
