The cost price of 120 bags is ₹ 15 each. 40 of them were sold for ₹18 each. At what price should the remaining be sold in order to get an overall profit of ₹ 4 per bag?
Total cost price = $$120\times15=Rs.$$ $$1800$$
Selling price of 40 = $$40\times18=Rs.$$ $$720$$
To get an overall profit of Rs. 4 per bag, final selling price must be = $$120\times(15+4)=Rs.$$ $$2280$$
=> Selling price of remaining 80 bags = $$2280-720=Rs.$$ $$1560$$
$$\therefore$$ Price of each remaining bag = $$\frac{1560}{80}=Rs.$$ $$19.5$$
