If $$\sin 3 \theta = \cos (20^\circ - \theta)$$, then $$\theta$$ is equal to:

Solution

$$\sin 3 \theta = \cos (20^\circ - \theta)$$

= $$\cos (90 -(\theta + 70))$$

=$$\sin(\theta + 70)$$

$$3\theta = \theta + 70$$

$$\theta = 35\degree$$

So , the answer would be option b)35.
