Bags sold by M in 2006 = 220
Bags sold by N in 2006 = 320
=> Total bags sold in 2006 = 220+320 = 540
Bags sold by M in 2008 = 170
Bags sold by N in 2008 = 310
=> Total bags sold in 2008 = 170+310 = 480
Required ratio = 540/480 = 9:8
