What will come in place of the question mark (?) in the following questions ?

Question 57

$$1\frac{5}{14}+3\frac{4}{7}+4\frac{9}{28}=?$$

Solution

Expression : $$1\frac{5}{14}+3\frac{4}{7}+4\frac{9}{28}=?$$

= $$(1 + 3 + 4) + (\frac{5}{14} + \frac{4}{7} + \frac{9}{28})$$

= $$8 + (\frac{10 + 16 + 9}{28})$$

= $$8 + \frac{35}{28} = 8 + \frac{5}{4}$$

= $$\frac{37}{4} = 9 \frac{1}{4}$$
