$$\Rightarrow 3.8 +4 - 4 \times 3 \div 1.2$$

$$\Rightarrow 3.8 +4 - 4 \times \dfrac{1}{0.4}$$

$$\Rightarrow 3.8 +4 - 10$$

$$\Rightarrow 7.8 - 10$$

$$\Rightarrow -2.2$$
