A wheel makes 4000 revolution is covering a distance of 60km. The radius of the wheel is:

Solution

Distance covered in 1 revolution $$= \frac{60\times1000}{4000} = 12.5 m $$

According to the question,

$$2\times \pi \times r = 15$$
$$\Rightarrow r = 2.39$$
