$$=(6\times\frac{4}{16}\times48)\div8\times4+2\times3\div6+5\times4$$
$$=(6\times4\times3)\div8\times4+2\times\frac{3}{6}+20$$
$$=\frac{72}{8}\times4+1+20$$
$$=36+1+20$$
