If A is 75% more than B, C is 40% less than D and D is 20% more than A, then which one of the following is true?
Solution
Let $$B = 100$$
=> $$A=175$$
Also, $$D=175x+(\frac{20}{100}\times175x)=210$$
=>Â $$C=210x-(\frac{40}{100}\times210x)=126$$
Now, ratio of B and C = $$\frac{B}{C}=\frac{100}{126}$$
=> $$50C=63B$$
=> Ans - (D)
