Average weight of 14 children = 22 kg

Total weight of 14 children = 22 $$\times 14 = 308$$

If the age of teacher is also included,the new average = 23

Total age of students and teacher = 23 $$\times 15 = 345$$

Age of teacher = 345 - 308 = 37

So, the answer would be option a)37.
