The college decided to give ₹300 per student to each stream for the purchase of teaching materials. How much will the Electronics and Communication stream get?

Total number of students = 5000

So 100% = 5000

1% = 50

Number of students in Electronics and Communication stream = 20% = $$20\times50$$ = 1000

The college decided to give ₹300 per student to each stream for the purchase of teaching materials.

Total money got by Electronics and Communication stream = 1000 $$\times$$ ₹300

= ₹300000
