Let the first even number be x.

5x = 5M - 20

x = M - 4

Next 5 numbers = x + 10, x + 12, x + 14, x + 16, x + 18, 

On put the value of x,

Numbers = M + 6, M + 8, M + 10, M + 12, M + 12
