Solution

=$$5 - 6.5 \div 13 + 2.3 \times 0.8 + 0.4$$
=$$5 - 0.5 + 2.3 \times 0.8 + 0.4$$
=$$5 - 0.5 + 1.84 + 0.4$$
=$$4.5 1.84 + 0.4$$
=6.74
