Here 1st take the opposite letter of every letter with in the word, then Transform it left to right :
GBTMS Opposite is TYGNH after transformation it will become HNGYT
PONDEK opposite is KLMWVP after transformation it will become PVWMLK
So, similary for VIGOUR opposite will be ERTLFI after transformation it will be IFLTRE.
