Solution

Marks (in degrees) obtained in Maths = $$80^\circ$$

Marks (in degrees) obtained in Social Science = $$70^\circ$$

=> Required % = $$\frac{(80-70)}{70}\times100$$

= $$\frac{100}{7}=14.28\%$$

=> Ans - (B)
