$$4 - 6 \div 5 \times 25 + 14$$

After interchanging the given two signs + and - and two numbers 6 and 25, a new expression will be formed which is given below.
= $$4 + 25 \div 5 \times 6 - 14$$

= $$4+\frac{25}{5}\times6-14$$

= $$4+5\times6-14$$

= $$4+30-14$$

= 34-14

= 20
