Solution

$$14\times1+1\ =\ 14+1\ =\ 15$$

$$15\times2+2\ =\ 30+2\ =\ 32$$

$$32\times3+3\ =\ 96+3\ =\ 99$$

$$99\times4+4\ =\ 396+4\ =\ 400$$

Hence 99 will come in place of the question mark.
