A and B together can do a piece of work in 6 days. A alone can doit in 10 days. What time will B require to do it alone ?

Solution

Time required by B alone = $$\frac{1}{6}-\frac{1}{10}$$

= $$\frac{5-3}{30}=\frac{2}{30}=\frac{1}{15}$$

$$\therefore$$ B alone finishes the work in 15 days.

=> Ans - (B)
