Perimeter = $$2\times (L + B)$$
64 =$$2\times (L + B)$$
L + B = 38 m .....(1)
given
L- B = 6 m ...(2)
solving both
L = 19 m
B = 13 m
Area = $$L\times B$$
=247 sq.m
