Conclusions:

I. All parrots are swans.
II. All swans are crows.
III. All robins are parrots.
IV. All crows are swans.

Solution

Given that Statements:
I. All parrots are crows.
II. All crows are robins.
III. All robins are swan

from the above Statements, we draw the figure the given below 

than the above figure ,Conclusions:
I. All parrots are swans        True
II. All swans are crows         CND 
III. All robins are parrots      CND
IV. All crows are swans       True 

therefore the only conclusion I  and IV follow
